Sewage Water From Second Level Bathroom Affects Entire Sub Level

When this customer's bathroom on the main level over flowed in the middle of the night, it was hours before anyone in the home noticed the damage occurring. The leaky toilet affected not only the floors of that bathroom but also the walls, ceiling, floor, contents & stairway of the level below with sewage water. SERVPRO of Redondo Beach was able to respond quickly and worked with her insurance adjuster to get approvals to begin moving all the sub level contents to another area, performed demo of the affected materials and set up drying equipment. Within a few days, all was dry and the customer was able to begin restoration of her beautiful home.
