Water heater in a neighboring unit affects this customer's home in Redondo Beach.

Here we have a customer who's garage and bonus room were affected when a neighboring unit had a water heater that burst. SERVPRO of Redondo Beach was able to carefully and neatly pack up all her contents and moved them into storage so that the wet carpet and drywall could be removed. Professional grade air movers were then set up to dry the area before any further damage could occur. Once all was restored, our team retrieved her property from storage and returned them to her home. The customer was very pleased about the detailed inventory taken by our trained technicians and their helpers.
