Fire Damage in Garage

Local State Farm Agent calls out SERVPRO of Redondo Beach/Manhattan Beach to help assess one of their clients. We made it out within the hour and started documenting everything for the assigned Adjuster. Once we got approvals to move forward, we started the mitigation process.

Even though most of the fire damage was in the garage area, we still found traces of smoke damage throughout the this beautiful home in Manhattan Beach California. Smoke made its way through the AC vents and into the living room and master bedroom. We made sure to set some air scrubbers so the family can breath clean air inside there home.
