Neighboring business catches fire causing this property to also suffer damages.

One night in Redondo Beach, a local convenient store caught fire. Although firefighters were able to save the surrounding buildings from the threat of flames spreading, the effects were still felt by a small apartment complex right next door. A window was blown out from a kitchen in one of the units. The entire apartment building reeked of smoke. Soot and debris covered everything! SERVPRO of Redondo Beach responded immediately, suiting up and immediately going to work. We boarded up the window, air scrubbers were used to remove the smoke odor, the parking lot was power washed to illuminate all the black ash and every surface was wiped down thoroughly..
